Authentication

You can sign in using either an email address and password, or via Google OAuth. Both methods create an account that lets you leave verified reviews about real estate agents. We do not require a username — we display the name associated with your account.

What we store

We keep the minimum information needed to run the service:

• Email address and password hash (for email-based accounts).
• Google account ID, email, and display name (for Google sign-in).
• Reviews you submit, including title, rating, comment, and the agent the review is about.
• Timestamps and the trust label assigned to each review.

How we use Google data

When you choose "Sign in with Google", we receive your Google email address, name, and profile picture. We use this data only to authenticate you and populate your profile. We do not access your contacts, emails, calendar, or any other Google services. We do not share your Google data with third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use standard session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the service, but we do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Reviews are kept indefinitely as they form part of the public trust record, but you may request removal of specific reviews that you authored by contacting us below. If you delete your account, we remove your personal identifiers from the database, though published reviews may remain attributed to an anonymised identifier to preserve the integrity of the registry.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account and associated personal data. We will respond within 30 days.
